IMMERSIVE COMMONS/ FT10

Advisory Board · Counsel · MMXXVI

Counsel for
the Commons.

A short bench of founders and operators who advise Immersive Commons on where the floor goes next. Small by design; every seat is load-bearing.

§ 01 · The board

Who sits.

01

Devinder Sodhi.

Founder, Learning Layer Labs · Tower Lead, Frontier Tower SF

Devinder Sodhi, hammer in hand — his founder portrait from learninglayer.ai

Devinder founded Learning Layer Labs, the venue where Frontier Tower's AI community comes to learn, experiment, and build together: an applied-AI workspace, motion-capture lab, compute cluster, and projection-mapping lab serving 160+ AI floor members and a 700+ building community. The protocol is build-first, open-source, cross-discipline, high-signal.

He is also Tower Lead of Frontier Tower SF, the building the Commons lives in. Vibe Coding Nights, the build series that runs on Floor 10 with IC, began as a small circle sharing AI-assisted coding techniques at the Summer 2025 Viva City pop-up and is now Learning Layer's featured program. Nobody has watched more build-first community scale up close.

§ 02 · The brief

What the board does.

  1. 01Direction. Pressure-test the focuses. Tell us when a frontier moved and the floor didn't.
  2. 02Doors. Introductions the Commons couldn't make alone: partners, spaces, gear, talent.
  3. 03Honesty. Name the gap between what we claim and what shipped. No spectators applies to counsel too.

§ 03 · Seats

The bench grows by invitation.

Advisors are invited by the floor, one at a time, when a seat is clearly missing. If you think one is, make the case: admin@immersivecommons.com.

For who's actually on the floor day to day, see /members. For the mission they're advising against, see /about.
