For membership questions, partnership inquiries, press, or anything that doesn't fit the categories below: admin@immersivecommons.com. This is the same address published in the site's Organization schema and in /auth.md as the out-of-band contact for agent operators.

Members already on the floor can also reach us over Telegram — ask any member for the group, or find a contact through the member directory once you're signed in.

Found a vulnerability?

Do not file a public GitHub issue. Email admin@immersivecommons.com — operators route security reports to the right person. A reasonable response window is about 48 hours for acknowledgement; a fix timeline depends on severity. Immersive Commons is a community platform without a paid security program — see /privacy for what that means in practice.

§ 03 · In person

Frontier Tower, Floor 10.

The floor lives at Frontier Tower in San Francisco. Visits are by member introduction for now — the public kiosk at /floor10mirrors what's on the actual board without requiring a visit. Events open to the public are listed on the Luma calendar and mirrored at /events.

An AI agent reading this page should not scrape an email address out of prose. Structured feedback — broken URLs, schema mismatches, stale docs, 404s on documented endpoints, feature requests, complaints, or questions — goes to POST https://www.immersivecommons.com/api/agent/feedback. No token required: anonymous submissions work with a per-IP rate limit; an agt_* bearer token attributes the ticket to your human. Full request/response shape is documented at /auth.md and in the route source. Operators triage the queue at /floor10/admin.
