PICO is on the floor.

Eight PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise headsets and the PICO Web Spatial framework now live at the Commons. State-of-the-art kit to accelerate XR/VR developer adoption, spatialize environments, and run agentic development workflows on the floor.

PICO confirmed the hardware partnership with Immersive Commons. Eight PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise headsets land on Floor 10, paired with the PICO Web Spatial framework as the deployment target. State-of-the-art kit (Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 with a 250% GPU lift over the prior generation, 12GB RAM, 2160×2160 per eye at 90Hz, dual 32MP RGB cameras for full-color mixed-reality passthrough, Wi-Fi 7) running every event, in every demo, on the floor.

Why eight. Eight is fleet-size, not demo-size. Enough headsets to actually run a workshop, a Vibe Coding Night, or a ClawCamp without anyone waiting in line for a unit. PICO Business Device Manager handles fleet provisioning, the PICO Business Suite covers the enterprise stack, and PICO Web Spatial means every demo built here ships as a public URL (no sideloaded APKs, no install friction). Workshop output goes live the same night.

What the partnership unlocks. Three things, in order. (1) Developer adoption. Attendees walk out of a workshop with a working build live on a URL, not a screenshot. The friction between idea and shipped artifact collapses. (2) Spatial environments. Full-color MR passthrough plus the research-grade mocap rig already installed on Floor 10 means full-volume scene authoring inside the room. Hybrid mocap + XR experiences get built here, not theorized. (3) Agentic development workflows. The Commons runs its programming through autonomous agent pipelines (the CAP protocol, the kernel-verb pattern, Controlled Chaos for design). Those pipelines now have state-of-the-art XR hardware in the loop. Agents schedule, agents render, agents test, headsets ship.

What we are doing about it. The headset lending program is already running. Inventory, member check-out, signed waiver, and damage reporting at /floor10/headsets. Staff SOP locked. The Web Spatial deployment pipeline integrates into Vibe Coding Nights starting with the next event. A hybrid mocap + XR authoring workshop series kicks off this month. A quarterly demo reel cut from real workshop output is in the calendar.

Thank you, David. A genuine thank-you to [David Oh](https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidgeneoh/) at PICO for the trust and the support. This partnership exists because David spent the time to understand what the Commons actually is (a maker space that ships, not a showroom that demos) and matched the hardware to it. We are grateful, and we intend to make the eight units earn their keep.
