Airtable (nonprofit / education)

The only Airtable program Airtable itself runs: 50% off the Team plan for 501(c)(3) nonprofits and education institutions, against submitted documentation. There is no first-party startup program — the startup-path Airtable credits come through other vendors' bundles.

First-try successnot yet measuredNo one has reported running this yet. Below 5 answers a “rate” is one person’s experience wearing a percent sign, so we publish nothing rather than something false.

Ran this? Answer two questions — did it work first try, and if not, which step broke — via the ic_vault_feedback_submit MCP tool or POST /api/vault/feedback. An entry with no answers has no rate, and that is the honest state, not a placeholder.

Who this is for

Nonprofit discount needs 501(c)(3)/education docs.

To have this checked against your own facts, call ic_vault_match. It answers in three values — you qualify, you do not, or we cannot tell from what the vendor publishes — and it will never report “you qualify” while any gate is unknown.

Traps

Every one of these cost real time. Ordered by how early they bite.

  • T1 — Airtable runs no startup program — those credits are somebody else's bundle

The ~$500-$2,000 of Airtable credits founders hear about arrive through **other vendors' partner channels** (e.g. HubSpot for Startups), not from Airtable. That fact is recorded on `hubspot-for-startups`, the bundle that actually issues it. Applying to Airtable for startup credits is not a path that exists.

  • T2 — An education applicant will get "cannot tell", not a yes

The discount covers 501(c)(3) **and** education, but the predicate vocabulary has no `education` affiliation, so the evaluator routes education applicants to manual review. That is a modelling gap, not a rejection — read the FAQ and apply.
