Cloudflare Startup Program

Three tiers on a funding ladder — $10,000 bootstrapped, $100,000 under $5M raised, $350,000 above it — with credits valid for a year and review typically inside 48 hours.

First-try successnot yet measuredNo one has reported running this yet. Below 5 answers a “rate” is one person’s experience wearing a percent sign, so we publish nothing rather than something false.

Ran this? Answer two questions — did it work first try, and if not, which step broke — via the ic_vault_feedback_submit MCP tool or POST /api/vault/feedback. An entry with no answers has no rate, and that is the honest state, not a placeholder.

Who this is for

Founded within last 10 years; funded within last 12 months up to Series B; tech product; valid site + active social; for-profit; domain-matched email; first-time applicants only. Tier 3 effectively self-serve; Tiers 1-2 partner-gated.

To have this checked against your own facts, call ic_vault_match. It answers in three values — you qualify, you do not, or we cannot tell from what the vendor publishes — and it will never report “you qualify” while any gate is unknown.

Traps

Every one of these cost real time. Ordered by how early they bite.

  • T1 — "Funded within the last 12 months" silently disqualifies old rounds

A Series A that closed three years ago passes the stage gate and fails this one. It is a separate predicate from stage for exactly that reason.

  • T2 — A live site is not the same as a domain-matched email

Cloudflare demands both, separately. A gmail address on the application fails even with a perfect website.

  • T3 — Workers AI has its own, much lower sub-cap

Tier 3 is $10,000 but only $2,500 of it is Workers AI; Tier 2 is $100,000 with $25,000 Workers AI; Tier 1 is $350,000 with $50,000. Budget against the sub-cap, not the headline.

  • T4 — First-time applicants only

A prior Cloudflare Startup Program participation closes the door permanently — distinct from being a current customer, which is not asked about.
