Oracle for Startups

$500 to start and up to $100,000 as you grow, on a continuous ladder with no published thresholds, plus a 70% OCI discount and a permanently free tier.

First-try successnot yet measuredNo one has reported running this yet. Below 5 answers a “rate” is one person’s experience wearing a percent sign, so we publish nothing rather than something false.

Ran this? Answer two questions — did it work first try, and if not, which step broke — via the ic_vault_feedback_submit MCP tool or POST /api/vault/feedback. An entry with no answers has no rate, and that is the honest state, not a placeholder.

Who this is for

Self-serve. <10 years old, must have an MVP. No hard funding cap; pre-seed to Series A (later stage: Oracle Scaleup).

To have this checked against your own facts, call ic_vault_match. It answers in three values — you qualify, you do not, or we cannot tell from what the vendor publishes — and it will never report “you qualify” while any gate is unknown.

Traps

Every one of these cost real time. Ordered by how early they bite.

  • T1 — Region variants change the amount

Oracle for Startups Africa is $10K, not $100K. Confirm which Oracle entity you are applying to before quoting a ceiling.

  • T2 — The $500 → $100,000 ladder has no published rungs

This is a *continuous* ladder — "$500 free credits to start, up to $100,000 as you grow" — with no discrete tiers and no stated thresholds. It is modelled as one tier because splitting it would mean inventing the rungs.

  • T3 — The $100K ceiling is approximate

`freshness.evidence` is mixed and the flag names the ceiling specifically.

  • T4 — Later-stage companies go to Oracle Scaleup instead

Past Series A this program is not yours. Contact OracleScaleup_WW@oracle.com.
