Stripe Atlas

Incorporation as a service (Delaware C-corp/LLC, EIN, 83(b), Cooley docs) with $2,500 of first-year Stripe credits and a bundle of other vendors' discounts. There is a real fee.

First-try successnot yet measuredNo one has reported running this yet. Below 5 answers a “rate” is one person’s experience wearing a percent sign, so we publish nothing rather than something false.

Ran this? Answer two questions — did it work first try, and if not, which step broke — via the ic_vault_feedback_submit MCP tool or POST /api/vault/feedback. An entry with no answers has no rate, and that is the honest state, not a placeholder.

Who this is for

Self-serve, no stage/funding gate — anyone incorporating via Atlas. 140+ countries.

To have this checked against your own facts, call ic_vault_match. It answers in three values — you qualify, you do not, or we cannot tell from what the vendor publishes — and it will never report “you qualify” while any gate is unknown.

Traps

Every one of these cost real time. Ordered by how early they bite.

  • T1 — $500 one-time fee, then $100/yr — this one is not free

Every other entry in this inventory costs nothing to apply for. Atlas charges $500 up front and $100 a year after. A real cost, not free.

  • T2 — The "$50,000+ in partner discounts" is other vendors' money

The per-perk amounts are unlisted and unverified. `max_usd` is 2_500 — the Stripe product credits, which is what Atlas itself awards. Do not add the bundle headline to a credits total.
